Leadership 2.0

Leadership Oneida County alumni and individuals who have attended other Entrepreneurship courses (Vilas Co, Langlade Co. among others) and are located in the Grow North region are invited to register for a series of in-depth evening sessions to improve their personal leadership practice beginning September 24, 2019. Sessions are the second and fourth Tuesdays through December 10 and will be held at the ArtStart conference room in downtown Rhinelander. Each evening begins with a social time at 5:30 followed by the class at 6 PM. Each week will feature a different topic and facilitators.

Topics for this fall are:

24 September – Leadership Books We Love
8 October – Personal Strategic Planning
22 October – Leadership and Management
12 November – The Leader’s Communication Toolbox
26 November – Leadership in Different Settings
10 December – Your Individual Leadership Plan

Participants will explore their own experience and style as they learn from each other and leaders in the community.

Cost for the full six courses is $40, or $10 each if taken as individual classes. LOC Alumni are invited to bring a guest for $5 per class. The guest must attend with the alumni. Class size is limited to 15 individuals total. Registration deadline for the full series at $40 is Friday, August 30.

Registration fee includes light refreshments and supports the purchase of leadership books for Oneida County libraries.
